I have creted the moodle hierarchi and i ned share content from top level to bottom level.when bottom level peoples can viwe the content from top level and this content must have restore to the bottom level to viwe when we dont have a intrnet connction.it must be update time to time when we hava the internet connction and when we update the top level content the bottom level content must be updates automatically.
how can i do it pls help me
I have used LTI provide but it must have a internet connection
