view.php is replaced with index.php in restore

Hello--

For many years, I have been having the same problem. I was hoping that the problem would disappear with Moodle update. Now, I have the 4.1 version, and the problem still continues.

When I backed up my courses and then restored them to make new courses, after the restore, all links having "view.php" on the pages got replaced with "index.php". I had to go through all the links and fix them. 

How can I fix this annoying problem?
