I'm looking at an automatic process to delete user backup files periodically so they don't take up space. Teachers are backing up courses but not deleting the files so this is creating a space problem.
I'm currently exploring the All Backups plugin created by Catalyst but I don't know anything about this until I test it. I think it is going to be a manual process but something is better than nothing and deleting these backups one by one is ridiculously time-consuming.
I would like to hear how everyone is managing space in Moodle please. What is working for you? We are using version 3.11.
