Except when backing up an entire site installation of Moodle, all Reengagement Plugin Data re: "Third-Party" gets deleted. This includes:
Third-party recipients
Notification subject (Third-party)
Notification content (Third-party)
I tested the restoration of a Course's automatic and manual backups with and without user-data included and the data for all of the above was deleted from the 17 separate instances of the plugin's usage within the Course. The repeated Third-party recipient (non-editing teacher role's standard email address) was deleted, along with the unique "Notification subject (Third-party)" for each instance. The unique "Notification content (Third-party)" contained within every instance was replaced with the original generic placeholder content.
Only a full site backup preserved the Third-party data for this plugin. Other aspects of the course appeared intact.
