Import error

Hi, I use Moodle version 3.11.10+ (Build: 20220915)

They tell me that when trying to import a course this error appears

Is there a way to solve it?

It is an error of the teacher, some error in the configuration and it is a problem with the update since previously it handled 3.11.8+ and it did not have that error
