Using version 3.11.9 Build 20220822, IIS 10, SQLServer 2019, PHP 7.4.28. Cron is running every minute, and I have async backups enabled.
I am trying to copy course content from one to another and have tried all the various methods (copy, backup/restore, import). Regardless of the method, it never completes. In each instance, it is failing in the backup stage of the process. I've tried backup from the command line and it also gets stuck. The last log entries are:
- setting controller status to 800
- saving controller to db
- calculating controller checksum ...
- loading controller from db
It never creates the file directory or the mbz.
I tried to narrow down the problem and created a course with a single, small SCORM package (<1MB). In this case the backup succeeds, so it is not a permissions error. I added one SCORM that is slightly larger (~4MB) and the process hangs as described above.
I feel like I have all the settings for runtime, memory, etc. set adequately, and the machine has plenty of RAM. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
