Would SSL inspection impact this?
I'm well beyond my comfort zone trying to fix this - it did just occur to me we have SSL inspection on our network as I imagine lots of FE colleges in the UK do. Will it be trying to inspect every thing being passed about in a course restore - you can see I've gone past the limits of my IT and Moodle skill sets.
