So that means your cron job for the moodle is run by user rodolfoucha and the cron job is defined as:
/opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/cifprodolfoucha.es/MOODLE/MOODLE/admin/cli/cron.php
What happens if you execute the above via command line?
So TLD cifprodolfoucha.es autoforwards to www.cifprodolfoucha.es - a WordPress - goes to /var/www/vhosts/cifprodolfoucha.es/ to server out code that's there?
What user owns files above?
And your Moodle ... by moodle.cifprodolfoucha.es ... serves out of /var/www/vhosts/cifprodolfoucha.es/MOODLE/MOODLE/
