When one restores the backup has to be extracted ... there's a 'plan' for that ... just like there's a plan to restore ... and the error restore_not_executable_awaiting_required
and the number 800 is a status .... restore can't reach 900 or 1000 or any higher status because it's "awaiting finishing" the plan before. Could it be more tweaking for time for script to run, memory script consume ... any php timeouts?
What if ... you made a no user selective backup ... meaning de-selecting some modules ... like last 100 activities ... then see if that restores!
Really can't find much on 'plans'.
