How can we restore user accounts from a course backup if users are deleted ?
Here is the situation:
Several hundred users were created on a platform accidental. The privacy delete process was complete finished.
We used an elder site backup and restored a duplicate of the platform. This platform included these users. In the duplicate, we created course backups with user data. After restoring these courses in the original platform with user the user accounts that are deleted in the original platform were not recreated.
In manual enrolment method overview in the course we can see that there are user accounts (number of users with the method). But they are not visible anywhere.

How can we change database entries that it works again?
