Well well.
Think there is no easy way out.
There is no direct way to update an existing activity.
For the SCORM packages, we will use an approach where the SCORM are saved outside Moodle (External SCORM package).
So they can be updated without touching Moodle.
For any other update, I think we will need to manually reproduce any settings from the DEV site to the PROD site.
