Can I delete the .mbz file after restore?

I've FTP'd a backup course file to my Moodle from another Moodle site, because it was so large (2.2GB).

I have successfully restored it to another course. SCORM packages and some images were missing obviously, but those have now been replaced from the current Moodle.

My question is, can I delete the backup .mbz file now that I've restored it to the new course? I don't want to lose all of the work if it is still linked somehow. Plus it took 9 hours to upload But I would like to get rid of it.
