I know this post is old, but it does not look like you have received an answer. It sounds like you are wanting to migrate from Moodle to a branded Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or are you referring to the LXP plugins for Moodle?
If it is another vendor, there are ways to export user profiles and their course completions. The question would be if the LXP you are using can import them. Migrating data from one system to another is not always the easiest thing to do and typically requires someone that has the technical know how and experience to do it.
You may want to check with the LXP vendor on their support and what they need.
