Course restoration stops at 99.83%

Hello folks,

I am trying to back up and restore a course from same version of moodle.  Back up process is fine but when I try to restore same in the site it stucks at 99.83% every single time. I enabled debugging but I could find no sight of error log recorded.

Any suggestions to overcome the scenario is most appreciated.
