Now I don't know if I could insert/upload a third file with menu of Category....

As you can see there isn't a "Backup" command on contextual menu of category but there is a "Restore"
My question I think is pretty straight-forward:
Exist in Moodle a command or possibility to backup an entire Category with sub-category, courses, users, blocks and activities included?
Hi,
I organized my Moodle installation in categories for a easier management (from my perspective).
For example:
Dashboard->Universitary year 2018-2019->Social Work (Specialization 1)->Year 1-> Semester 1->Course_1
Dashboard->Universitary year 2018-2019->Social Work (Specialization 1)->Year 1-> Semester 1->Course_2
Dashboard->Universitary year 2018-2019->Social Work (Specialization 1)->Year 1-> Semester 1->Course_3.....
