How to stop a backup with process pending status

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with the course backup function.

Someone in my university started backing up the course in two days and it is still "pending" so far. 

How can I stop this backup process?

And how can I see all running/pending  course backups in the system? (Some users started backing up their couse and I want to check all of them with my admin role)
