Re: course restoration stops at 25%

We were trying to test course restoration in different ways. When We tried restoring course with min. content we could observe log like the below, in longfile.log :

and on server it would show up : 

As the data base server is remotely located (with client) we could not increase max_allowed_packets in my.cnf file.

We could disable antivirus and check with restoration but we landed up with the same above error.

If we try restoration of full course, It stops at 25%. Trying with only one activity restoration We would not even get progress bar.

Course Contents :

This particular course has contents based on custom plugins (3 Plugins) developed by client. Two of them have external links as their contents so, we could restore course with them successfully. But third one has external links and moodle quiz. Activities : 627, Sections : 67, Size of file : 67.5 MB

Can you kindly assist us further ?
