Thank you for the suggestions.
How much memory does server have?
Memory is 8GB and storage is 30 GB.
Is it an all-in-one server where DB server and Web server on same machine?
No we have two different servers for web and DB
We could check with error_log and access_log files and observe that there was no error or exception recorded.
Having checked with log files in moodledata/temp/backup/ it is been observed that it stops at 600.
We increased upload, execution, var, memory limits to reasonable extent and in db max allowed packets was given to 1GB.
Still we see that the course restoration stops at 25%.
Kindly assist if any other changes / debug required.
