Hi,

Using moodle 3.8 w/ Adaptable theme, on two LMSes.

We have have 3 clients on 2 moodle LMSes configured identically as identified above. Currently 2 clients on LMS A and 1 on LMS B.

Task: We need to move 1 client's Courses, Users, enrollments and records from LMS A to LMS B.  The Client users being moved from LMS A are enrolled to three courses via cohort sync, however there are some test accounts with manual enrollments. We need help, any help.

The first thing I have done is imported the client users from LMS A and imported to LMS B via csv import. Is this the correct 1st step, or should the users be created in LMS B via the Course restore?

I've backed up the courses with these settings:

The closest I have some to success is getting the course in the LMS restored is with the manually enrolled users only. I know the Settings step in the restoration has setting for options pertaining to "Include enrollment Methods", and I am not sure how these should be used specifically. When I try to restore again to the same course with a different option in the "Include enrollment Methods", I get errors. 500 errors, sometimes error writing to database. I've found a lot threads here on that issue, but have not found a solution for that issue either - as mentioned this error happens when I re-restore from a backup that has already been restored to try the different enrollment method options.

Since the users were enrolled via cohort on LMS A, is there a special step to get the users I imported into LMS B the enrolled with records to the restored course on LMS B ?

Is there a documented process for my task?
