MoodleCloud Trial Platform

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks in advance for help. 

We are triying MoodleCloud platform and we have an error triying to restore a backup file: "The file you tried to upload is too large for the server to process."

But the system says we have Unlitimed file size, MAX 5G in total.

The file we are triying to restore is 2GB size. (*.mbz)

Anyone had this issue too?
