Restore big Course which where uploaded to the server by ftp

I have  a new moodle site 3.9.1.

I have a big  file of course-backup fron another site  that I couldn"t upload it  in the normal way.

I uploades it to the server by ftp but I don"t know in which folder to put it and what to do to make the restoratin/
