Cloned Moodle-Server redirects to old URL

Hello,

i cloned my original moodle-server within VMWare to get a moodle-testsystem. 

Now I have the following problem: 

When I try to visit https://newmoodleurl.com I always get redirected to https://oldmoodleurl.com.

I already edited the config.php and restarted the IIS server. The interesting part:

When I'm visiting https://newmoodle.url.com/admin.php I'm able to connect to the new moodle-testserver.

Do you have any ideas? I already replaced the old URL in the database with the search and replacement tool.
