Is it possible the dafault of 1 day is changed by the admin (I'm not an admin) and so things will be saved longer before moving to trashdir?

Also, not sure what it means:

moodledata/trashdir/ however has same structure as filedir and if you look long enough in there for files and sizes of files (your backup probably a large file) one might find what is really a backup .mbz file.

Can you please explain? If the recycle bin is not relevant (I will only have access to admin tomorrow), what are my options?
