Restore problem

Moodle 3.7.2+

I am trying to restore a file of 270MB and about 25% of the way through it stops with the message 'Error connecting to server'. Do I need to chande the settings to allow the restore? 

I read the link on https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=387476 about restoring and this is my php info core file.
