Hello,

I am trying to restore a course backup to my moodle server.

If I try to upload a file bigger than 7KB I get the message "The file you tried to upload is too large for the server to process."

I have my own server running Moodle 3.7 on Ubuntu 18.04 as a VM on Proxmox.

I used these instructions to install moodle.

I have followed the instructions for editing the php.ini file (/etc/php/7.2/apache2/php.ini).

I do not know what to try next.
