I think I found the problem. My hosting provider, which has me on a plan with "unlimited" disk usage, actually sets a soft limit of 15GB. After that, we have to ask them to expand the storage, assuring them that we are not abusing the unlimited disk and bandwidth. Now, I just need to wait for the expansion.
