I am getting some strange behavior on my Moodle 3.6 running on a (hosted) Windows server.
When I backup as admin, I select everything (including grades and logs) and when I get to the final step I get the following error:
Nothing happens at this point. It never shows any progress.
When I click the (more information) link, I get a missing page in Moodle docs. (https://docs.moodle.org/36/en/error/moodle/error_opening_file) So, I'm kind of stuck.
The big issue is that I cannot backup.
Any ideas on this?
