POST #1:
We are seeing this error when attempting to restore a course from 3.5 to 3.7.1...
The backup file contains more than one top-level question categories for context 674830.
We have tried restoring with quizzes toggled off and still get the same error. How should we proceed?

Yes, I'm aware of many posts on this issue... I still don't know how to resolve the
matter... At this point, We have a clean install of 3.7.1 and we're
trying to restore courses (that were wiped from the db) using backup
files that create this error from 3.5.
I've seen the discussion here, https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=374316, which doesn't help me since I can't get to the db to run updates.
I'm reviewing backup data, and trying to make sense of it... Is there a particular backup file I should be updating/altering?
