Local plugin backup and grade item id annotation

Hi There,

I have developed a local plugin it keeps some additional data related to a user's grade. Data is connected to grade book with grade item id. Is there any way to annotate grade item id while restoring course?

I tried to annotate it in define_course_plugin_structure but it does not work.
