Restore courses from 2.9.2 to 3.5.5

Hi, I have to restore all the courses from the old moodle site to the new moodle site.

old moodle site:

Moodle 2.9.2

PHP 5.4.45

MySQL 5.5.61

new moodle site:

Moodle 3.5.5

PHP 7.2.16

MySQL 5.5.61

For the installation of the new Moodle site I used a new database.

There are precautions to be taken?
