To answer your q's so you can perhaps help me figure this out...

1) The error info is:

error/moodle/storedfilecannotread

This error occurred when I was swapping a moodle 2 installation from one server to another and the actual file in the moodledata directory was not copied over correctly.

The entry in the Moodle 2 database referenced a legacy resource file but the actual file did not exist on the server.

The screen reported Permissions error which is kind of correct but "file not found" would be more appropriate.

2) I looked via FTP in moodledata/filedir/60/98/and have found no files.  I have it set to view invisible files as well and found similar files in other folders.

3) I ran this query using phpMyAdmin and it resulted in:

#1146 - Table 'culturer_mdle1.mdl_files' doesn't exist

Any idea where to go next?
