That's all I know... like I said here or in another thread: the bigger your organisation/Moodle installation, the more roles you will find in your Moodle setup.
There's the server admin, the hosting admin, the Moodle admin, etc... when all these are one person, that's neat. When all these are different persons you might find it challenging to get things running.
