Hi,

I've already read you didn't have shell access.

But you can perhaps adapt my command in one line when calling your backup command (remove the \ that indicate the command continues on the next line).

Or you can create a script, put it somewhere on your server to call him via your cron command.

Concerning the logging files, you can download them locally to analyze them.

PS : of course, a direct shell access can greatly simplify things.
