2.0.2 is the version of Moodle in which the problem was first identified. Generally a bug persists in subsequent versions until it is fixed.
The stable team at Moodle HQ work in sprints. 'Stable sprint 20' refers to the particular sprint in which the issue was fixed.
From Eloy's comment in MDL-27156 on 24 June 'this has been incorporated to all the weekly builds and also, to Moodle 2.3 Release Candidate 1' and from looking at http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Releases I conclude that the bug was fixed in one of the Moodle 2.2.3+ weekly releases.
