Hello,
I'm trying to restore a 275 MB course into Moodle 3.1 I've tried uploading the course but my server gives me an error. I also tried to create a new user repository, uploaded the backup file via ftp, etc without luck.
So I thought I'd just restore the course on my localhost desktop. When I try to Import a backup file, the process hangs as the file is loading into the upload dialog box (see below).
Can anyone offer suggestions on how to get this course restored? I've been fighting for days with this.
