So, I've made a backup of my moodle 2.4 and installed it in localhost, everything was working fine, but yesterday I wanted to download the works that the students uploaded while the moodle was online and it made the download without any problems, but when I open the files they were all in blank.
For example, if the work has 30 pages, the 30 pages where all in blank, but it has the 30 pages, only doesn't show the content. If I get a work that has 2 pages it shows me the 2 pages but also in blank. I tried to download other works that worked well the other times but it also downloaded them in blank.
I have updated the moodle from 2.4 to 3.3 and the courses where lost that's the reason of the backup in localhost, and I've tried to restore only that course on the new moodle but it downloaded again with the same problem.
Can someone help please?
