I thought I would reply in here for anyone in the future that has something similar pop up. I did go ahead and delete the course after 2 days time and didn't see a running process that looked likely to be anything still hung. It deleted fine with no ill consequences. It looks like it just didn't kick over to another process. All the other restores has a blue progress bar up to 25% then it switched to one with no color. This one just never switched. It stayed at the blue progress bar. Note that the successful ones did get to 25% and did take a few minutes at that point before switching, so don't worry unless it goes over 10 minutes.
