Backup Stops

Hi every one,

He hace recently installed Moodle 3, and we have come out with an error doing a course backup.

The proccess always stops at 96.45% with no output or error show.

Somebody can help us?

We do not find logs tha can indicate us where the proccess is stopping.

Any help would be appreciated.
