I'm running into an issue with autobackup on Moodle 2.8.2, or possibly I'm misunderstanding how it is supposed to work.
The automated backup setup is standard, however we have set the automated backup storage option to: /home/taipoutini/moodlebackup instead of leaving it empty.
According to the backup log files, the backups are running and skipping / backing up files correctly.
I don't have direct access to the server so I can't confirm the files were created, but our hosts confirm there is 166GB of files in that folder.
My problems are when trying to access the backups to restore. Site Admin > Course > Restore is listing no files in the Automated backups area.
I seem to have the correct role:
Not having access to the server is a pain and I don't know how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated.
