Hi,
Running 2.6 I have some courses that use a lot of SCORMs that in turn contain a lot of large multimedia files. We have created several courses by using a repository for the SCORM files and linking to the IMS file - and they all work fine.
However, when I run a backup the file size for some courses is 1GB+ as the backup seems to make a copy of all the SCORM content even though it is in the repository.
I want to be able to create several instances of the same course and I can do this using backup/restore - but I don't want them all the be over a Gigabyte each when all the resources are in a central repository anyway.
Am I missing a setting in Backup or have I missed the point about the Repository? Any help or suggestions much appreciated.
Tom
