I just restored a backup from to our 2.9.1 site from an older 2.6.10 site that someone else manages. The course restored successfully but generated a long string of messages like:
"question 0 was associated with quiz 2124 but not actually used. The instance has been ignored."
The only place where I found reference to this message anywhere with Google was the Moodle code itself and MDL-47266. I can't figure out anything from that bug report... What is going on?
