Backup a Single Activity Format course - How?

Hi, we are currently migrating our version 2.2 site over to 2.9, but before we do I want to backup all of our single-activity format courses which all contain a SCORM module (activity and enrolled users with their results)

As they are single-activity format, when you enter the course you are immediately redirected to the scorm activity entry page which unfortunately does not have the course administration block which contains the links to allow you to backup and restore.

Please can you tell me if you can backup and restore this type of course, and if so, how?
