Thanks for the reply.

I have the following set which I thought enabled debugging;

Debug messages: Set to ALL
Display Debug messages: Set to YES
Performance info: Set to YES

Is there something else I need to enable? (image attached)

I purged the moodle cache and also my browser cache. Then tried the restore with the same results.

We are running Apache 2.4.6 under CentOS 7.

Our Moodle server is behind a SQUID proxy server, and SSL is terminated at the proxy. To compensate for this, we add the line "$CFG->sslproxy=true;" to the config.php.
