Moodle 2.7.2+ (Build: 20140918) We give all of our teachers global course creator rights. I think this was happening earlier in the year after upgrading to 2.7 but I'm just coming around to it now. A global course creator, who is a teacher in the course..backs up that course (just fine). Then, she tries to go into restore, choose that file and restore it. At the end, it gives an error before restoring it. It then creates a course called "restoration in progress". The error is: "error/restore_user_missing_capability".
