Thank you, there are still some errors occurring (still table related I think) but when I look at the backup report now the only issues raised is that some courses are unfinished. Unfortunately I don't think there's anything I can do about this. Our hosts refuse to make changes to the server and I don't have access to the bits I needs. Still, any improvement is a good thing.
