Restore question bank option

I am using Moodle 2.7.  If I try and restore a course that has the question bank, I am not getting the option to exclude the question bank - was this removed?  If so, do we have a hack to put it back in?

Or do I have to exclude the question bank in the backup initially?  Which is hard to do when I only have the backup files and do not want to restore the question bank to my new moodle instance ....
