Moving course backup from moodlerooms to moodle 2.2

Hi, I have two versions of moodle. I have moodlerooms and moodle 1.9. I need to backup a current course from moodlerooms and inmport it in moodle. Is this possible? Can I restore a course that was created in Moodlerooms in moodle?
