I was trying to restore prod to qa. Here is what I did.
1. Copied over moodledata to qa
2. Copied moodle 23 folder to qa
3. Restored the Db from prod to qa DB
Changed the qa config.php to point to right options.
Now, when I can launch the moodle site on QA , I am able to login but I am getting
ERROR!!! The code you are using is OLDER than the version that made these databases!
I have verified, php, mysql versions and they are same. Moodle version is also same. DB encoding is same in prod and QA
What am I missing here. Moodle version 2.3.1+
